Handling the offer.
The goal of every candidate is to find the perfect job. Unfortunately, that rarely exists. Even if a candidate only has one offer, that does not mean they should accept it. In this exercise, we will teach candidates the various methods of comparing offers to personal needs, abilities and goals. We will also share techniques for negotiating to improve unacceptable offers. Once again candidates will learn and be tested on relevant skills using interactive exercises.
