Inventorying your skills.
COMING SOON
Once a job seeker's psychological house is in order (from step # 1), the next step is to determine how well their skills mesh with an employer's needs. Our interactive exercises will help you to gauge your psychological profile to better determine your needs and abilities. We will also share
  a) The range of tools available to inventory skills (e.g. T-sheet analysis on past jobs and tasks to determine strengths and weaknesses) and

  b) What skills employers seek in a candidate?

During the process, you will more realistically match your skills to an employers' needs. Our interactive exercises will also test you on how well you inventoried and assessed your skills.
